Не оставляет следов в системе и реестре. Запуск на языке системы. При необходимость удалите папку с ненужной разрядностью: GOMPlayerPlus - 32бита GOMPlayerPlus64 - 64бит По умолчанию папки Documents\GOMPlayerPlus\Capture расположены в GOM Player Plus, удаляются если пустые.
