Описание: Fold - это плагин для создания звуковых эффектов с синтезом искажений, который могли придумать только инженеры Delta Sound Labs. Опираясь на свой опыт в модульном дизайне оборудования, команда нашла новый подход к созданию насыщения и искажений в программном обеспечении. Используя набор модулей в последовательной цепочке эффектов, Fold насыщает входные сигналы гармонично богатыми обертонами и, если их использовать максимально, полностью преобразует их с помощью уникальной формы искажения.
В основе Fold лежит его волновой движок. Впервые предложенный легендой синтезаторов Don Buchla, сворачивание волн - это процесс сворачивания волны на себя после достижения заданного порога. Хотя это естественным образом создает искажения и гармоники, Fold также поставляется с модулем битового дробления для дальнейшего подавления входного сигнала. Комбинация передискретизации, искажения и фолдинга в Fold приводит к тембрально богатым тонам, с одной стороны, и чрезмерно разрушенным, с другой, даже при простых периодических входных сигналах.
Чтобы приручить звук, Fold поставляется с аналоговой эмуляцией резонансного фильтра нижних частот, который предлагает больший контроль над любыми нестабильными результатами. Каждый параметр также синхронизируется со своим собственным LFO, каждый из которых имеет ползунок величины и может быть синхронизирован с темпом хоста в DAW для более творческого звукового дизайна и микширования эффектов. Fold также поставляется с рядом профессионально разработанных пресетов, которые демонстрируют универсальность его движка.
